This stunning villa is situated in a beautiful location on land that stretches over an elevated peninsular with magnificent eastern views of Tong Son Bay at sunrise and Bophut Bay at sunset. Situated on one of the most prestigious residential developments on the island, the villa has been specifically designed with the owners lifestyle in mind, which allows most people to do as much or as little as they wish.
The Architect has taken full advantage of the amazing location combining traditional Thai Style Architecture with sumptuous living and outdoor areas. The villa can easily be split and rented as two separate units with separate entrances and provides privacy even when staying with friends.
The west side overlooks the bay of Bangrak and has stunning views of the islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan. The west side of the property features extensive living areas, snooker room and 2 bedroom suites. The snooker room is located half a level up from the west terrace and is a perfect place to socialize during the evening. The owner has refurbished and imported this full size antique snooker table which has been in his family for over seventy years. (No children under the age of 16 years are allowed to use the snooker table).
The lower suite features a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower and open garden terrace. Additional facilities include a 42 inch plasma TV-HIFI system with Denon surround sound, IPod connection/DVD system/Satellite (UBC) and wireless Internet. The upper suite features a double bed with ensuite bathroom with shower, a 42 inch Plasma TV-HIFI system with Denon surround sounds, IPod connection, DVD system, satellite (UBC) wireless internet and a private terrace with a seating area with 2 sunloungers, parasol and coffee table.
All the bedroom suites are fully air-conditioned.
Outside on the west side you will discover a large salt water infinity swimming pool (17m x 6m) surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with teak furniture and parasols, a Jacuzzi for 8 people, a covered bar area and a large outdoor dining area for dining al fresco under the stars. In the evening the bar area is a perfect spot to watch the sunsets.
On the east side, a magnificent view over Tongson Bay can be enjoyed from the gymnasium, which leads out to a spacious terrace area and salt water infinity pool (12m x 5m).
The east side of the property features 2 master bedroom suites, dining/TV room, gym, sauna and guests cloakroom.
The spacious gym houses state of the art equipment and sound system. The gym is professional designed and installed by Techno Gym one of the leading suppliers. The gym consists of a full Kinesis range of machines, one of the latest equipment available on the market. The gym is equipped with treadmill, exercise bike, stepper, cross trainer and cardio wave machine. There is also a full set of free weights, barbells and dumbbells. At the rear of the gym there is an open terrace that faces a beautiful Koi Carp pond and water feature. (Children under the age of 16 years of age are permitted in the gym).
The dining room leads out onto a large terrace and BBQ area. The dining room comfortably seats for 8 people and is strageically positioned for breathing views. The TV room features a state of the art sound and viewing system. This equipment includes a 50 inch Pioneer Plasma TV, Denon Amp and DVD player with professional JBL Surround Sound.( Children under the age of 16 years, must be supervised in this area).
The 2 master bedroom suites features ensuite bathroom with bath and separate dressing area. Additional features include a 42 plasma TV, HIFI system with Denon surround sound, IPod connection, DVD system, satellite, wireless internet and air-conditioning. The suites have stunning bay views and share a terrace with a Jacuzzi.
The east sala is located to the side of the swimming pool with amazing views to the beach and surrounding bay. On request guests can enjoy a traditional Thai massage or a relaxing aroma oil massage.
The property is equipped with a state of the art Bosch alarm with CCTV cameras in the basement area which record all activity onto a hard drive. The property is fitted with motion sensors throughout. Each room is fitted with smoke alarms which are wired into the alarm system. Guests can operate the bedroom alarms with a key fob when staying in the property to keep their rooms secure. The area also has 24 hour security guards which patrol the perimeter of the property on a regular basis.
The property has full wireless internet through-out, a computer is provided for guests use during their stay.
In the basement you will find the parking (garage for 4 cars) and access area with water feature, generator room (standby), wine cellar, laundry room, general storage room, mechanical room for the pools, maids/ manager's bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the main service kitchen area. The basement is the main entrance to the villa. The east and west side of the villa can be accessed via separate stairs from each side of the basement area.
