This beautifully appointed luxury villa built to the highest standard boasts a magnificent infinity-edged pool and stunning panoramic sea views. Surrounded by dense coconut trees the villa enjoys complete privacy making it the perfect choice for a secluded getaway. Set on a 650 square metre plot complete with tropical gardens the villa itself covers a magnificent 320 square metres and is set over 3 levels. The villas interior was specifically designed with comfort in mind so combines spacious rooms, quality furnishings and high standard fixtures and fitings.

The open plan living/dining room with high beamed ceilings is furnished with comfortable tan leather sofas and teakwood tables and features a large balcony from where you can enjoy panoramic sea views over the Gulf of Thailand. A separate entertainment/TV room features a 42 inch plasma satellite TV and DVD player with surround sound system and access to over 200 movies. The spacious European style kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas & electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. A breakfast bar with 3 stools is available for informal dining whilst a large teakwood dining table (comfortably seating 8) can be used for more formal dining. A guest cloakroom completes the top floor accommodation.

Three of the bedrooms are found on the mid level accommodation. The master bedroom suite features a walk in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with bath tub, shower and double sinks. This bedroom furnished with a kingsize bed also features a DVD player with surround sound. A further double bedroom with kingsize bed and en suite shower room is also located on this floor. The final bedroom on this level is a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom. Each of the double bedrooms has French doors opening onto the large swimming pool terrace.

The remaining two bedrooms are found on the lower level, a double bedroom with queensize bed and a twin bedded room. Both of these bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, a walk in wardrobe and French doors that open to the large lower terraces and landscaped tropical gardens.

For guests comfort each of the bedrooms is fitted with both ceiling fans and air conditioning units. Additional guest facilities include high speed internet access with PC, a complimentary Thai mobile SIM card, safety deposit box, hairdryers and a state of the art security system.

Koh Samui is the third largest island in Thailand, located 700 kms south of Bangkok in the Surat Thani province. Roughly circular in shape the island measures some 21 kms at its widest point and 25 kms at its longest. Characterised by powdery white sand beaches and crystal clear waters, the island is abundant in natural resources, lush tropical gardens, coral reef and coconuts.

The villa is found in the Santi Thani development in Ban Tai. Mae Nam Beach is directly opposite the villas entrance (approx 5 minutes away). This smooth golden beach runs for 4 kms along this calm clear coastline of turquoise waters. The town of Mae Nam has a real bohemian feel to it with many authentic restaurants and cafes with local Thai flavour. Other beaches on the north coast worth visiting include Bophut, Bang Rak, and Choeng Mon.

Koh Samui has more to offer than just sun and sand, there are plenty of attractions and activities for sightseers. adventurers and sports enthusiasts alike. Organised elephant treks, jeep safaris and 4x4 bike tours are all fun ways to see the islands numerous attractions including the Hin Ta & Hin Yai (Grandmother & Grandfather Rocks), The Big Buddha Shrine, Butterfly Garden, Crocodile Farm, Samui Aquarium & Tiger Zoo and various waterfalls which make great picnic spots.
