Amazing views are enjoyed from the terrace, which is entered through floor to ceiling glass doors. Furnished with stylish seating this terrace is perfect for enjoying evening drinks. The impressive open plan dining/kitchen area provides seating for 10, whilst the contemporary kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances including a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The first of the double bedrooms with en suite facilities is located on this level and features its own spacious terrace. The master bedroom located on the first floor features a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with large tub and walk in shower. The central plaza with parish church and surrounding narrow streets are packed with intriguing shops, sidewalk cafes and bars, with an excellent street market held on Thursdays. Walk from the centre of San Pedro to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero an attractive wide avenue with palm trees. The modern wide promenade is great for continuing your walk (or skateboarding!) with several excellent beachside restaurants specialising in seafood dishes. Estepona offers visitors an abundance of attractions and over 30 kilometres of carefully maintained sandy beaches, some of which are wild and dramatic, whilst others are tranquil and quiet, and many offer numerous opportunities for taking part in water sports.
