This fully staffed Moroccan Villa is situated just outside (4 miles southwest of ) Marrakech within 1 hectare of land, and has a living area of over 700 square metres. It boasts a spacious garden full of olive trees, a large private pool and a beautiful view of the Atlas mountains. Located only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Marrakech where 2 of the best golf courses can be found, with several more courses planned for the area. The villa is also only a 5 minute drive from the Medina and the Waterpark.
On entering through the large double doors on the main level you will see the spacious atrium which features a retractable roof and large wood fireplace. There is central seating and from here you can access the TV room, a sitting/dining room and the kitchen.
On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, two of which can be made up as either double or twin rooms and two of which are double rooms. They all have en-suite bathrooms which are furnished in a traditional Moroccan style and each has patio windows looking out on the courtyard as well as a seperate outside entrance for privacy.
On the first floor there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with seperate shower and bath. There is also a childrens room which is furnished with 2 bunk beds (which can sleep up to 4 children) and this room has an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The villa is fully air conditioned. A PC and internet access are available.
Outside the impressive and beautiful 18m x 5m overflow swimming pool with roman steps is the perfect spot for a cooling dip, whilst several terraces and outside covered areas provide the perfect opportunity for relaxing protected from the heat of the Moroccan sun.
