Lapped by the balmy waters of the Indian Ocean, the 22 Dhonakulhi Residences are scattered along the Islands white sandy beach front. Each residence is situated on a 550 square metre plot and features a 2.5m x 4m outdoor Jacuzzi splash pool. Instead of using traditional tiling the splash pool has been finished in quartezone to give as close a feeling of sand as possible without actually being sand and is fitted with an environmentally conscious salt water UV filtration system ensuring that chlorine is not required and creating a sense of natural sea water.
Using only the finest quality materials the Residences have a carefully selected natural finish throughout. Each Residence boasts Merbau timber flooring in the accommodation and deck area and hand made custom manufactured Teak furnishings.
