Situated on a 705 square metre expanse of land you can call entirely your own, each of these 5 villas sits directly on the beach front and boasts an individual 9.5 metre x 4 metre private infinity pool with Jacuzzi air jets built into the steps/seating. Instead of using traditional tiling the pool has been finished in quartezone to give as close a feeling of sand as possible without actually being sand. Using only the finest quality materials the villas have a carefully selected natural finish throughout. Each villa boasts Merbau timber flooring in the villa and deck area and hand made custom manufactured Teak furnishings.
Entrance to the villa is through a Maldivian style courtyard garden which leads directly to the spacious living area that overlooks the pool. The living areas features a large Plasma TV with DVD player and surround sound music system, a private in-room DVD and music CD collection and satellite TV channels.
The bedroom with walk in closet features a super king size bed (2m x 2m) with custom made mattress and satin finished bed linen. Although the villas are fully air conditioned they are designed to maximise natural ventilation and the bedroom can be opened up on three sides allowing you to almost sleep outdoors supported by carefully selected 'whisper quiet' ceiling fans.
