This stunning villa is immersed in the beautiful rolling hills of Tuscany, nestled in the Chianti region between Florence and Siena, about 45 minutes to each city. This villas central location in the Chianti region is perfect for wine and cultural explorers alike, with easy access to the historic cities. The villa offers complete comfort and style with its polished, traditional country elegance, spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and sprawling views. Owned by a powerful Aristocratic family for hundreds of years, the villa has been recently restored by a Florentine family and restored with great detail and care, keeping the original characteristics of a true Tuscan country villa but also adding many modern comforts (air conditioning in the bedrooms, wireless Internet access, and TV room with plasma screen).
There are three residences, one being the Main villa and the other two consisting of a cottage and an annexe. Upon entering the main villa, you will find a comfortable living room with fireplace and a separate lounging room with plasma satellite TV. The bright, large and airy dining room has access to the professional kitchen and large veranda for outdoor dining. On the ground floor, there is one king and one queen bedroom each with en suite bathroom with tub and shower. On the first floor there is one king bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and shower, one queen bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower.
The duplex cottage is just steps away from the main villa and only rented with the entire estate. On the ground floor, the entrance opens to a spacious foyer which leads to a living room with fireplace and eat-in kitchen with dining table. On the first floor, there are is one queen bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with en suite bathroom with shower. There is also a guest bathroom. The annexe is situated close to the gym, and features a separate suite, comfortable for 2 people, offering one king bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. The staff reside in a separate annexe on the estate about 50m distance from the main villa.
The outside features include a swimming pool (6m x 15m) with salt-filtering system, lounging area and umbrellas, professional enclosed gym and outdoor loggia with unforgettable views. There is an unpaved dirt road to the villa, about 1.4km, in which a SUV is recommended, but not necessary. The acclaimed golf course, Golf dell' Ugolino, is only 11 miles away.
