This stunning villa resides in an exquisite,12-acre family estate in the hills high above the port of Portofino, with wide open views of the sea and the lights of the port at night. The villa offers total privacy and seclusion yet is just a few minutes walk to the centre of town with its shops and restaurants. The living areas include several living rooms, all elegantly furnished. Sitting rooms with fireplace and high ceilings with traditional wood beams. The ground floor has a king and a twin bedroom, each with en suite bathrooms. A further two twin bedrooms each with ceiling fans and en suite bathroom (1 with tub and 1 with shower). The first floor has a further master king bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms, a plasma TV, high-speed Internet access and full time staff of four, including a cook, maid, butler and a gardener. All meals are prepared and served by resident staff.

 

Outside you will enjoy discovering four different outdoor dining areas, including a pretty vine-covered gazebo on a plateau which has breathtaking views of the sea. There is a bar carved out of the rocks by the saltwater swimming pool, which is surrounded by trees and has an amazing view of the coast. There is also tennis table and calcetto (with 5 + 5 players) soccer field. Parking space for one car and the possibility of boat rental.
