Entry to the villa is via a remote controlled entrance gate from main road and leads into a private parking area for up to 3 cars. The villa entrance is up 19 steps. On the ground floor you will discover a spacious dining/sitting room with terracotta floor, open fireplace, sofas for 12 and sliding iron shutters opening to the terrace with built-in seating, wicker chairs and open sea views. The sitting room, with its terracotta floors with attractive blue zodiac shaped inserts, has been furnished in elegant coastal style and features a beautiful and precious crystal table with marble base, ideal for enjoying delicious Italian cuisine, then sharing a bottle of wine before the open fireplace. There are ample and comfortable leather sofas and chairs, French windows lead to the terrace with wicker furniture and breathtaking sea views. There is a fully equipped kitchen with professional stove, professional refrigerator with ice maker, barbecue, laundry room with washing machine and two sinks. A/C and satellite TV in all the bedrooms, wi-fi internet connection, central heating, telephone, CD player.

The main villa's first floor master bedroom opens onto a private, furnished balcony with a spectacular view of the blue sea, which is echoed in the balcony's glowing blue printed tiles. An en suite bathroom with hydromassage shower completes the master bedroom. On the ground floor (20 steps down a wooden staircase) you will find three queen bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with hydromassage tub and two with en suite bathroom with shower. Two of these bedrooms have sea views and one has a garden view. The dependence unit is perfect for extra privacy, a small family would enjoy its queen and twin bedroom each with en suite bathroom with shower and charming curved ceilings, satellite TV and French doors that open onto the airy terrace.
