This is a modern, amenity-filled villa that hugs the picturesque Amalfi Coast. Relax amidst private terraced gardens and romantic verandas, then descend 200 rustic stone steps to various levels below the villa, where you can enjoy the loggia, private Jacuzzi tub, sauna, outdoor gym and the private beach. Enjoy the best of both worlds on a sojourn that brings you to the very edge of the craggy shoreline, inside the villa you will find a streamlined haven with an interior that pairs bright splashes of color with sleek black and white.
On the ground floor of the main villa, a spacious living room/dining area offers spectacular sea views, a full cocktail bar and a professionally equipped kitchen. A private entrance gives you access to a queen bedroom with private bathroom. The first floor has four additional queen bedrooms with bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi tub). Just steps from the main entrance, an annex houses two queen suites with independent entrances. All bedrooms pamper guests with A/C, mini bar, satellite, plasma-screened TV, DVD player, phone and high-speed Internet connection.

The villa has local beach-side restaurants just a short, free water-taxi ride away. Parking is available on the road just outside the villa, however, there is also a parking garage in Amalfi (at 22 euro per day). This villa offers the perfect location, privacy and tranquility by the sea, yet easy access to the main road for day excursions. A five minute drive takes you to the center of Amalfi, approx. ten minutes to Ravello, and twenty five minutes to picturesque Positano.
In addition to lovely beaches, Positano (approx. 19 km away) offers an abundance of cafes, shops, art galleries and restaurants. A scenic drive along the coastal road (SS145) takes visitors to Praiano, Amalfi and the spellbinding up-hill town of Ravello, with its incomparable belvedere. Other excursion possibilities include a boat trip to the islands, a visit to vibrant Napoli or Salerno, or an exploration of Pompeii and Herculaneum, the fascinating ruins of ancient cities destroyed by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius in the 1st century A.D.

A refundable security deposit of 1,000 Euros is required to cover any breakages or damages to the property. Payable locally in cash or travellers cheques.
Rates Include: Electricity, air conditioning, heating, water and final cleaning. Local concierge service included for 2 hours per day (except Sunday). Morning housekeeping included for 5 hours per day per week (except Sunday). Bath linen change daily, 1 change of bed linen and beach towels per week. Grocery Shopping delivery, Gardener service included (except Sunday). Use of Sauna, gym and maxi jacuzzi.
