This two-storey caprisian style luxury villa is located on one of the most beautiful stretches of the Sorrentino coast on the San Lorenzo peninsula, with breathtaking views of the bay of Naples and has views that stretch through Capri, Anacapri, Naples, and Mt. Vesuvius. Beautiful beaches, such as Nerano, Il Giardino Romantico, and La Conca Azzurra are all less than 25 minutes away by car.
A Florentine, terracotta staircase leads the way to this enchanting villa surrounded with lush gardens offering a quintessential Mediterranean sanctum. The villa has a fully-equipped kitchen, with Carrara marble counter tops. There is a library and a cozy living room, an adjacent sitting area has doors opening onto the beautiful terrace. The villa has A/C in the bedrooms, a stereo/CD system, TV/DVD, high-speed Internet, mobile, a telephone, fax, washing machine, dishwasher. There are floors decorated with beautiful hand-painted tiles of Vietri (like the famous Hotel S.Pietroin Positano).
All bedrooms of this villa offer widespread views of Capri. A queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace is found on the ground floor. On the first floor an elegant master king bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower also has access to a terrace. The queen bedroom has balcony access and an en suite bathroom with shower. The quaint twin bedroom, complete with a balcony view of the isle of Procida, has a bathroom with tub/shower nearby at the end of the hallway. Just nineteen steps down from the main villa, on the lower garden level, there is a whimsical guest house with a small, sitting room, twin bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.

Descending down a path lined with terracotta pots, guests will find a magnificent swimming pool with diving board, surrounded by mature olive trees offering a shady retreat. A spacious patio and plush lounge chairs are perfect for catching the sun's rays and enjoying the sweeping views. Surrounding the fully fenced grounds are two acres of flourishing Mediterranean gardens that include lemon and fig trees and flowers, when in season, fresh fruit and vegetables may be available from the garden. Please note that the road leading down to the property entrance is very narrow.
