This beautiful farmhouse, located a few minutes from Montalcino is surrounded by a large private estate that produces olives and wine. The house offers three comfortable residences (each with independent entrances) which can be rented together or separately. All residences have been renovated to provide modern comforts while maintaining the original country structure, having been furnished to a high standard with regional antiques. Stone and whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and wood-beamed ceilings provide a typical Tuscan atmosphere.
The upper floor residence has a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, a separate sitting room and a fully-equipped, large dining kitchen. Two queen bedrooms one with a bathroom with tub and the other with bathroom with shower. A further spacious queen/twin bedroom has a private bathroom with shower.
The ground floor residences Country décor creates a comfortable atmosphere, and the residence has a spacious living/dining room with a fully-equipped kitchen corner. A queen bedroom, with en suite bathroom, features direct access to the outside garden. There is also a twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and studio space with an independent entrance.
The large studio with private entrance has a living/dining area with two windows that offer beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and is complete with a stone fireplace, study corner with desk, kitchenette, table that seats three, and a queen bed. There is a private entrance to a large closet and a bathroom with shower (towel heater) with access to the main patio area.
The villa sits on a hilltop, commanding wonderful views of the surrounding landscape. Outdoor features include a paved courtyard and covered loggia, perfect for al fresco dining, with a wood burning oven for baking bread and pizza. The three residences share this outdoor space and the swimming pool unless the entire property is rented.
