Surrounded by the hills of Tuscany, this villa is an elegant residence tucked away near the quaint village of Sovicille. The property consists of a main villa with an independent wing, making it ideal for family reunions or getaways with friends. The villa is built in the typical Tuscan style, using local stone. Its architectural structure is a wonderful integration of natural materials and carefully selected details, and the lush interior decor features a range of antiques and deluxe furnishings. Larger groups can rent an additional guest house in the grounds (see 4795).In the main villa, on the ground floor, you will find the drawing room which features comfortable furnishings, a cozy fireplace and an entertainment centre with TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. Upstairs is a spacious living room which makes an ideal gathering spot and features a gaming table. There are two spacious bedrooms in the main villa, a king bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a small tub and handheld shower and a queen bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a dressing room. There are a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the independent guest wing of the villa, each with their own independent entrance. The first entrance opens onto the Junior Suite, which features a queen size bed, open kitchenette, breakfast table, and a private bathroom with shower.
