This luxurious and unique villa is set in its own oasis of natural beauty in the heart of Maremmana, the "Wild Wild West" of Tuscany.  Family owned for over 100 years, this farmhouse has been carefully restored by the owners, who have extended their restoration to the villa's outdoor grounds, reflecting the architectural and landscape traditions of this fascinating part of Tuscany.This villa has been decorated with the perfect combination of style and comfort with warm colours creating a relaxing, welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. On the ground floor, a double entrance hall leads to generous living spaces, including a living room with central fireplace, a dining room with a traditional Tuscan fireplace, study, sitting room with entertainment centre and projection TV and a large, fully-equipped kitchen. For comfort and convenience, a laundry and ironing room and guest bathroom are also located on the ground level.

On the upper floor, six bedrooms (3 king bedrooms and 3 twin bedrooms) and five bathrooms (4 of which are en suite) all maintain the villas high level of style and sophistication. Each bathroom is spacious and has a beautiful, double stone sink and towel heater.  Four of the bathrooms have a stone tub as well as glass door showers. The upper floor also features a billiard room and a large terrace overlooking the countryside, perfect for family breakfasts.

The course is in complete harmony with the environment, surrounded by big cork oaks and bordered by small streams. For sailing lovers, trips to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago can be arranged on board the estate's yacht. The famous, bustling Puntala harbor is 35 minutes away by car. A nearby horseback-riding center offers guided excursions, tennis is a 5 minute drive away, and the spectacular beaches of the Maremmana coast are only 30 minutes away by car.

Today the city preserves above all its medieval qualities, not only in its 12th-century city walls, but also in its urban layout with narrow streets, palaces, tower houses and churches. Strongly recommended are visits to the surrounding towns of Populonia and Baratti, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima, Castagneto Carducci and Bolgheri.
