Recently restored, this property is a 19th century villa of great charm with its own chapel, olive oil press and castle ruins.
Set on a vast estate of Tuscan hill-terraced olive groves with magnificent views stretching over Nottolini's aqueduct and the lovely Luccan countryside.
This villa was originally built as the summer residence of an aristocratic Tuscan family.
The main entrance leads into a formal dining room and a comfortably furnished salon with fireplace. The ground level also features a fully equipped kitchen, TV room, two guest bathrooms and a study with telephone, fax, computer facilities with broadband and a central music system.
Towards the rear of the house you will find an Italian loggia facing a splendid garden.
Head up the stairs to the first floor, and you will find six luxurious bedrooms (twin or king), with windows framing panoramic views across Lucca and the surrounding countryside.
The first floor also features an outstanding central salon with satellite TV.
The second floor offers five more magnificent bedrooms, including a beautifully deluxe room with a large dressing room.
All the bedrooms have en suite baths and shower facilities
The house is part of a larger estate with its own equestrian ranch with the villa grounds and the beautiful Tuscan region being yours to discover on horseback.
Outdoor facilities include a floodlit swimming pool, a barbecue area and outdoor tables and chairs for al fresco dining.

The property is staffed with a team of three, who, along with general housekeeping duties, cater a continental/buffet breakfast each morning and provide meal service for either lunch or dinner.
The villa also has a well-stocked private wine cellar, and a professional wine sommelier can arrange a wine tasting program for your group.
Lunchtime or evening cooking lessons with professional Italian chefs can be pre-booked at the villa for up to a maximum of 14 students.
Massages and aesthetic treatments can be booked at the villa or arranged at the nearest health spas in Montecatini, Monsummano Terme, S. Giuliano, Tirrenia, etc.
