This stunning beachfront villa located within the luxury resort of Sheraton Sharm has full access to all amenities and facilities of the resort.

Upon entering the villa you will find the open living/ kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen features fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring gas hob and a washing machine. The breakfast bar with 3 seats connects the kitchen with the unique designed living area. The living area features a vast collection of ornaments and corals all reflecting the unique character of the owner. There is seating for 8 guests, satellite TV and through the glass patio doors there is direct access onto the large patio area and you can enjoy amazing views of the pool and the sea. Further is a dining room with cabinets fully stocked with cutlery for you to set the table for the whole family. For entertainment you will also find a hi fi stereo system with speakers where you can plug in your own laptop.

The master bedroom has a double bed, en suite bathroom and a few armchairs for those relaxing times. From the patio doors you can walk out into the large garden and this bedroom features amazing sea views. The second bedroom of the villa is a twin bedroom also with en suite bathroom and a small set of table and chairs. This bedroom has 2 large sets of patio doors leading out into the garden or onto the large patio area with the swimming pool. From this bedroom you can enjoy amazing views of both the pool and the sea. The third bedroom of the villa, also a twin bedroom, has en suite bathroom and a window for you to enjoy the views. Furthermore there is a separate cloakroom. The villa is air conditioned throughout and a baby cot and high chair can be provided on request.

Outside of the villa is a large parking area for 3 cars, here you can find the complementary vehicle provided. The main entrance to the villa is has a specially designed ramp for easy access with wheel chairs.

On the rear side of the villa you will find the large patio area with the large 9m x 4.5m swimming pool and plenty of sun beds for you to enjoy a lazy day in the sun. The large patio area also has a wooden pergola and plenty of garden chairs and tables. Furthermore you will find a swing chair outside of the living area. On the edge of the patio area before reaching the beautiful green garden area a hammock can be found for you to enjoy a day in sun. In the garden area of the villa you will find a small wooden pavilion complete with garden chairs and table for a dinner out in the open to enjoy the amazing views of the sea and the private lagoon. There is also a barbecue available at the villa.

As the villa is perched on a cliff you are only seconds away from the beach with the private staircase leading down to your very own private lagoon for refreshing dives throughout a hot day. The cove of the private lagoon is equipped with sun beds and garden furniture.

Please note that solid furniture is not permitted in the cove only transportable furniture which must be returned by sunset.

At the side of the villa connects an adjoining living space where a 24 hour porter resides.

Sharm-el-Sheikh is situated in the National Park region of Ras Mohamed. It is the national park of South Sinai and along with Nabq has famous dive sites in the Red Sea, with 800-metre (2,600 ft) deep reef walls, pounding beautiful coral gardens. It is spread out along the coast line in the areas of Nabq, Airport to Naama Bay, Naama Bay itself, Naama Bay to Ras um Sidd, Sharm town. The Nabq Bay area of Sharm el Sheikh is the most northern area and the newest.

Ras Mohamed encompasses two islands, Tiran and Sanafir. Tiran Island is located approximately 6 km offshore from the Sinai Peninsula. Underwater caves formed as the result of earthquakes are located in Ras Mohamed.
About 0.9 hectare of mangrove forest covers a 1.15 km shallow channel at the southernmost end of Ras Mohamed peninsula. Near the mangrove and approximately 150 m inland, there are open cracks in the land, caused by earthquakes. One of the cracks is approximately 40 m in length and 0.20−1.5 m in width. Within the cracks, there are pools of water, some with a depth of over 14 m.
The inland area includes a diversity of desert habitats such as mountains and gravel and coastal mud plains and sand dunes. The area also plays a role in bird migration, serving as a place of rest and nourishment.

The main tourist area is Naama Bay, which features approximately 1km of long sandy beach, now filled with hotels, restaurants, shops and bars. It is where there is a large selection of attractions from bars and clubs, to sitting and just watching the bustle of people passing by. It tends to get very busy in the evening when most people venture out for a restaurant to enjoy a dinner or just an evening out.

Sharm el-Sheikh is a favourite spot for scuba divers from around the world. Being situated near the Red Sea, it provides some of the most stunning underwater scenery and warm water making this an ideal place to dive. Visitors to Sharm el-Sheikh can experience a variety of many activities such as diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, kite surfing, para-sailing, boating, and canoeing.

Please note that included in the rates is an introduction to the villa, the resort and Sharm El Sheikh with a person who has profound knowledge of the area. You will be introduced to various places to go and see. Furthermore you will be briefed in how to arrange excursions, such as dinner in the desert, sfari trip in the Sinai, tour to St Catherines Monastery, boat trip to Tiran Island (which is overlooked by the villa), diving excursions and much more. All of these can also be arranged by the hotel in the resort.
