The open plan ground floor consists of a living area featuring a working fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, CD player and Playstation. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and there is a separate utility area with an additional sink, dishwasher and washing machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 8. The kitchen door leads out to a shady rear patio and lawn.
The first twin bedroom is located on the ground floor, having patio doors leading to a small private terrace. A separate shower room is adjacent.
A short flight of steps lead to a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a private L shaped balcony covering 2 sides of the room. The staircase continues to the upper floor and two further bedrooms - one twin bedded room with en suite bathroom and a double bedroom with en suite shower room. A camp bed is available for a child. A small ironing room is also located on this floor.
All the bedrooms and living areas have air conditioning units for both cooling and heating (see rental rates).
All four bedrooms feature a small TV. A safety deposit box is available and a hairdryer is supplied in each bedroom. A baby cot, highchair and stair gate can be provided on request.
The villa offers a wireless internet connection.
The 8m x 4m private swimming pool has easy access, walk-in steps. There is a poolside shower, barbecue and private parking in a covered garage with an automatic door. Both the villa and pool area are surrounded by well tended lawned areas scattered with plant pots brimming with colourful flowers. Next to the pool area is a raised terrace with seating under a beautiful shady pergola, from which you can enjoy fabulous views of the sea along the Kissonerga coastline.
Location - Paphos, Kissonerga
Kissonerga is situated between the beach resort of Coral Bay and the town and harbour area of Paphos. Coral Bay is approximately 4 kilometres away whilst the harbour area of Paphos is approximately 8 kilometres away. Although Kissonerga produces citrus fruits and olives it is probably most well known for the cultivation of banana plantations, easily identified by their characteristic blue bags rustling in the breeze.
Loosely separated into two communities, the coastal area of Kissonerga features several hotels, a couple of mini-markets, a growing number of shops and a small selection of eating places covering everything from meze style dining to dishes with a more international flavour. The main beach for the Kissonerga area is the small sandy cove at Vardas Beach which is great for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for rent and a small selection of watersports are available in the summer months.
Set approximately 2 kilometres inland is the residential village with a bank, chemist, two coffee shops, a small high class restaurant and a popular bar where you will find British & locals alike.
Although car hire is highly recommended for all our villas to help you make the most of your stay, there is a bus service that connects Kissonerga with Paphos town and the sandy beach at Coral Bay.
Coral Bay is the well known beach resort for the Paphos district. This family oriented area has become a lively resort with plenty to offer in terms of amenities and activities. The resort boasts two sandy beaches, the busier of the two being the popular Coral Bay Beach, a sandy horseshoe shaped bay honoured with a Blue Flag of the European Union. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for hire, watersports are on offer and there are two beach cafés providing refreshments. A little further along the coast is the quieter of the two beaches at Corallia Bay. Continue still further along the coast and you reach the natural rock caves of the area known locally as Sea Caves, an area which provides ideal snorkelling territory and is popular with local scuba diving schools.
Paphos Town once the capital of the island is now included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world's heritage. The remains of villas, palaces, theatres, fortresses and tombs mean that the town is of exceptional architectural and historic value. The well preserved mosaics and the Tombs of the Kings are probably the biggest cultural draw with further archaeological discoveries continually being made. Pano Paphos on the cliff is the main administrative centre and residential district and Kato Paphos, by the sea, built around the harbour and medieval port is the main tourist area.Exploring Coral Bay, Paphos and everywhere in between, increases the list of available activities and attractions to include mini golf, watersports, go-karting, horse riding, a snooker hall, bowling alley, heritage sites, modern shopping facilities, a waterpark and the Paphos Zoo.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 30 minute drive.

Payment TermsThis property benefits for our low deposit scheme for bookings made more than 300 days prior to arrival. A 10% initial deposit is payable upon booking, an interim payment of 20% is payable 180 days prior to arrival and the final balance payment is payable 60 days prior to arrival days prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 300 days prior to the booking commencement date a 30% deposit is required and the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

|We have been to the location before so knew what to expect. The villa was great and very well equipped. The owners were very friendly and helpful and soon fixed a very creaky bed!! We really wanted a villa that wasn't overlooked but offered a high standard of accomodation for two couples and a five year old and we were all very happy. The views were fantastic and nearly every room in the house looked out over the beautiful pool and sea. It was in close proximity to the bus stop which meant we didn't have to hire a car and we could even walk to our favourite restaurant, The Sienna. Thanks again RCV, this was our second time booking with you and won't be the last!!|
