The villa is built of traditional Brač Stone (the same stone as the US White House) and is arguably one of the finest villas on the Dalmatian Coast.
Being a waterfront property, the villa is perfect for fishing fans who can relax and enjoy fishing from the jetty. The covered dining terrace has fabulous views through the pines to the sea making it the ideal spot to dine on the days catch. The villa is entered through the middle level were you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as the entertainment room and three terraces.
The top floor penthouse has two bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, which most people rarely use, as the usual preference if for eating together on the main terrace downstairs, this level also has a sitting area and two terraces. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main kitchen and dining area are on this level as well as the covered terrace for alfresco dining.
Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing. From one terrace, there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock. You can enjoy a stroll into the Adriatic Sea as there are steps right into the crystal waters. There is also a buoy available to tie up a boat. (Rental
can be arranged by the staff at the villa). A certain serenity can be found at the Villa due to the fact that it is built on a headland with pine trees and wild rosemary growing throughout the garden providing privacy and shade.
