This impressive Colonial style oceanfront property is located on the South Finger beach of the popular Jolly Harbour Marina complex, with unobstructived views of the beach and crystal clear seas of the Caribbean. The property provides complete seclusions and privacy from others.
Enter this spacious villa to the main lobby and you will find three double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms, also a double bedroom with 2 queen beds and ensuite shower room. An indoor courtyard leads to the magnificent open-plan lounge/dining area, kitchen and guest cloakroom. The living area features two double sofas, television, DVD player, CD player and has direct access to the covered veranda and pool area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and clothes dryer. Inside there are dining facilities for 12 persons or if you prefer dining al fresco meals can be enjoyed out on the terrace.
