The Buzios peninsula boasts many beautiful beaches whose shores are lapped by crystal clear waters in magnificent contrast to the vibrant colours of the exotic vegetation, a product of the year round summer climate the area enjoys. It's relaxed hedonistic atmosphere entices discerning visitors from all over the world to savour it's magic. This luxurious and stylish villa boasting panoramic views of Ferradura beach is the perfect base from which the area can be explored.
The grand entrance hall leads through to the spacious living area and then onto the impressive private cinema room boasting a 50" TV with surround sound and DVD player. The welcoming kitchen and dining area features a stylish and fully equipped kitchen complete with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 guests. The staff apartment is located behind the kitchen.
Located on the upper level of this 5 bedroomed property are two master double suites each boasting a walk in closet and luxury en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and seperate shower stall. On the main level, sharing a floor with the living areas, are three twin bedded rooms. Two of these bedrooms feature their own en suite shower rooms and the other an en suite bathroom.
Located on the lower level of the villa is an exciting games room equipped with a pool table, table football, card table and a computer with high speed internet access. Each bedroom, the cinema room and the games room are equipped with air conditioning units so all the interior facilities can be enjoyed in comfort even during the hottest part of the year.
Venture outside into the villas lavish gardens and you will come across the swimming pool, jacuzzi and decked BBQ area with sun loungers. A two minute walk will take you to the beautiful Ferradura, the best beach in the area, with fabulous views across the aqua blue waters of the horse shoe shaped bay.
